NEW RETROFIT VISION CONTROL WILL GIVE CUTTING MACHINES A NEW LIFE
Compatible with oxy-fuel, plasma
cutting and marking machines, ESAB Cutting Systems' new Vision 51R CNC control
system technology will give a new lease of life to existing machines. The Vision 51R is available in a number of
packages that are drop-on replacements for existing customers using ESAB NCE
controllers as well as other types.
Packages available ex-stock to
minimise downtime and dispense with costly repairs to old, unsupported control
systems. Vision 51R offers major
productivity and operational advantages through features such as faster
processing for all nesting and standard shape cutting programs as well as
increased nest and parts storage memory.
Screen graphics and joystick control provide easier operation and there
are more communication options with off-line programming systems.

Cutting Systems provides full service and spares support for the Vision 51R,
extending the lifetime of the existing machine. It also enables future enhancements on drives and processes to be
retrofitted at a later date so users continue to get the most from both the
control system and the cutting machine
