ESAB Automation’s structure has been designed to put the customer first. It embraces a nationwide network of sales and service engineers, backed up by full customer and technical support from head office.
The Project Management system employed is designed to ensure that each customer is dealt with with maximum efficiency from initial enquiry, through to after sales service.
A dedicated Project Engineer provides the customer interface. He is the co-ordinator of every project and ensures that all necessary technical and commercial information is provided throughout the purchase process.
Training
Training programmes to ensure that machine investment is optimised are an essential element of the ESAB customer commitment. That means customised training programmes on site or at ESAB’s dedicated training facility in Andover.
Spares
The minimisation of machine downtime is the key element of ESAB Automation’s after sales service. It includes the provision of planned machine maintenance and service programmes. ESAB Automation maintains and updates computerised service records of every machine installed in the UK. This approach can provide an accurate diagnosis of technical problems and ensures all spares are readily available.
